Compete at Space Pitch – this year in two categories!

The undeniable highlight of Space Pitch event is the startup competition, where growth-driven companies compete based on attractiveness and growth potential.

This year we have TWO categories available: Business Idea and Startup. Growth-oriented companies with a business ID/y-tunnus can apply for the startup category, while those with a brilliant business idea but no business ID yet can join the business idea category.

Choose Startup Category, if you are an ambitious young company (under 5 years old) OR established businesses with a new product, service, innovation, or business model in hand.

Choose Business Idea Category, if you have an interesting idea, no need for y-tunnus!

Choose the category that best suits you on the application form.

Whether your goal is sparring for your idea, finding a mentor or advisor/board member, expanding your network, or attracting growth funding, it’s worth applying!

WHEN IS THE COMPETITION AND HOW TO APPLY?

Applications are open until November 3, 2025, at 23:59.

Finalists will be announced on November 5, 2025.

Info session for finalists (virtually or live) on November 12, 2025, at 9:30 at Skaalaamo, Rytmikorjaamo, Seinäjoki.

If you are selected for the final, we expect your representative to pitch LIVE at the event on November 26, 2025, alongside other finalists, and to join the 

All applicants will receive feedback on their performance in the competition, even if they are not selected for the final.

THE BEST WILL BE REWARDED

The winner of the Startup Category will receive a trip to an international startup event in early 2026 as well as a free office space at Rytmikorjaamo for six months. Value appr. 3000 euros.

The winner of the Business Idea Category will recieve a content creators equipment set, value 500 euros.
